InterpretEd was founded on a simple belief: great interpreters need great training.

Our instructors bring more than 15 years of experience in interpreter training, education, and language access, combining real-world interpreting experience with extensive experience teaching and developing future professionals.

Education is at the heart of what we do. Our background spans secondary education, early college programs, adult education, and higher education, with professional teaching licenses in both Texas and Indiana. This experience gives us a unique understanding of how to support learners at different stages—from graduating high school and early college students exploring a career pathway to adults preparing to enter or advance in the interpreting profession.

Our expertise also includes a background in public health, bringing an understanding of healthcare systems, health disparities, cultural factors, and the communication barriers interpreters encounter in their work.

At InterpretEd, training goes beyond completing required hours or earning a certificate. Our goal is to help students build practical skills, understand their professional role, and develop the confidence and judgment needed for real-world interpreting.

Our trainings are live, interactive, and instructor-led, creating opportunities for practice, discussion, questions, and meaningful feedback.
